Your Move is a free program helping students get active by increasing walking, scooting and riding to school, which Beenyup Primary is proud to be a part of. We have held many Your Move events held throughout the year. Here are our highlights.
Ride to School Days
Beenyup has a number of Ride at School Days throughout the year where children can bring along their bikes or scooters and ride around a track at play times. Our Your Move Committee organises these days and it is always a wonderful day usually have approximately fifty students from Year 1-6 participating.
Walk to School Day
Beenyup Primary participates in an annual Walk to School Day where students meet at one of our 3 check points and all Walk to School together. Students meet at ANZAC Park and then walk to school down Doley Road and usually have a healthy breakfast provided for them at school for some energy to start a great day of learning.
